Latios Feathers

A relatively quick latios done with watercolor paint and pencils. He's a favorite of mine. I love going onto the GTS and looking for latis. I found one recently named Quinton, (I love that name) and the poor sweetheart was being used as an hm slave. So i gave him some lovely moves, maxed him out on Poke-amie, and raised him to level 100 within a couple days.
Latios deserve attention and recognition, after all.
